2007-07-02 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya walks through the lighted hallways, her eyes half opened and her arms stretching above her head, making a small mewling noise as she sretched the kinks gained in her body from the first decent, nightmare-less sleep in too long.
She walked in to the room Kyo had fallen asleep in, looking down at the red silk robe she had found in the room she had slept in, hoping he wouldnt be offended that she had borrowed it.
Once she caught sight of Kyo, she smiled and laughed softly to herself. Without disturbing him, she found her way to a kitchen and began making breakfast.

2007-07-02 [FallenRain]: "hmph, become a criminal i would shoot myself before then" Aruko thinks to himself. Aruko leaves his apartment and locks it, then runs down to his car and drives off to his HQ.

2007-07-16 [Delirious_Angel]: Smelling the food from the kitchen, Kyo got up and walked to see who was cooking. Standing in the doorway to the kitchen, he was amused watching Kaiya cook, as he never had time to cook and usually had his secretary back at his office bring him food.

"So are you actually good at cooking or just putting up a show?"

Kyo said with a smirk.

2007-07-17 [Osborn#67]: Cha-Ruzu stepped out of the cab and turned to the man driving him and handed him $50 in U.S., Cha knew that the exchange rate here in japan was one of their dollars equaled half of a U.S. dollar. Today he was just feeling a bit generious. The Cabbie's eyes widened and thanked Cha in japanese. Cha went around back and pulled his duffle bag, his Backpack and a suitcase and walked off to the apartment. I hope Janis is already here, i need to ask him if any contracts came in Cha thought. Cha went upstairs to the top floor and into one of the larger rooms made for buisnessmen visiting japan. As soon as he opened the door, his nostrials could smell cigar smoke, one of janis's nasty habits. "Janis i am here," Cha called out. "In here Drifter," Came a think russian accented voice. Cha walked into a side room and there was a man in his late 20's sitting in front of a table assembling a sniper rifle kit. "Jeez man, haven't heard anyone call me Drifter in awhile," Cha smiled, "any jobs come in yet?" Janis just shook his head.

"Yea sure, also pick up some food for tonight, there is a store down the street," Janis replied as he started cleaning the barrel to the rifle. He decided to head towards downtown, hoping to see what this town had to show, What town is this anyways

Once in Toyko Kayu promptly meets her client then sets out to a small village nearby to the city, walking the streets slowly, searching.

2007-07-17 [Osborn#67]: Cha stops at a weapons store and looks at the knives in the display case, looking partically at a larger then normal k bar.

2007-07-17 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu walks into a small weapons stoe and pulls out both her sai's, "I need these sharpening...Right now..." Sends a cold glare at the owner before he can object and watches as he walks away to sharpen them.

2007-07-17 [Osborn#67]: Cha was slightly startled by the woman who had entered the store, but she wasn't talking to him, she was talking to the owner. Cha finally made up his mind and decided to buy som .357 rounds and the k-bar. then the woman caught his eye, she seemed familiar or something. "Do i know you from somewhere?" Cha asked, maybe she is a assassin also, looks the type.

Kyo and a few of his lackies were shooting at members of the Yakuza, as Kyo and his men were behind their vehicle. As the firefight intensified into explosions as grenades ripped a nearby vehicle into a smoldering heap of metal.

2007-07-19 [Osborn#67]: Cha stood up and pulled out his Socom,"did you hear that?"

2007-07-19 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu smirks, "Indeed I did..But what is further down this street does not worry me." She chuckles and sinks into the shadows, very nearly disappearing, her footsteps silencing as she continues to walk.

2007-07-19 [Osborn#67]: Cha looked back for a second, "well i may be a payed killer but i hate seeing civilians die!" With that, he ran off down the street towards the gun fire.

---one minute later---
Cha arrived on seen to see people shooting at eachother and grenades going off. what the fuck is going on here? all of a sudden shots started flying past him, Cha dived for cover, he looked around the corner as five Yakuza's started to come after him. Cha stuck his gun around the corner and fired off a clip of .357 into the crowd, killing two of them and striking one in the chest.

2007-07-19 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu laughs coldly as she watches him but takes her time, walkingonto the scene eventually and looking at the fight from the shadows before pulling out two of her Kunai and throwing them cleaning cutting along the throats of two of the Yakuza, her movements blurred to anyone who had seen her*

2007-07-19 [Osborn#67]: Cha nodded to her, he knew it was her, saw those same moves back in africa. Cha started to move forward and noticed some men behind a car getting shot at, they didn't look liek trouble so he started aiming at the yakuza until he heard the sounds of police sirens. Making it his cue to leave, he left down a back alley and motioned Kayu to follow.

2007-07-19 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu raises a brow but being incredibly curious of the man whom she remembered little of, she followed behind him silently but turned quickly remembering the key's she had stolen from Aruko for the prison and its cells, She then throws them so they land at Kyo's feet and turns, following Cha once more.

2007-07-20 [Osborn#67]: Cha stopped in front of an apartment, "just wanted to get you out of there, cops these days aren't to friendly with us 'buisness people', the nickname is Drifter by the way, see you around." with that, Drifter went into the building.

2007-07-20 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo hearing the sirens notioned his men to continue firing at the remaining Yakuza members as he lifted something out of the backseat and pointed the tube at the oncoming cops, and with a blink of an eye the police cruiser erupted into flames as a rocket blew the living shit out of the vehicle. After that one of the BurningDawn members tossed a grenade at the Yakuza creating a diversion as the BurningDawn fled the scenes through the alleyways. Wondering who offered him help Kyo was heading back to his office.

2007-07-21 [Osborn#67]: Drifter looked out the window and saw smoke raising from the combat zone and saw men running of the alley that he and the female assassin ran through. His blood started pumping, thinking that those men were coming for him or the lady.

2007-07-21 [Delirious_Angel]: After awhile the cops began to show up on scene, with S.W.A.T vans as support, the cops then proceded to set up a crime scene. As investigators question the surrounding area, looking for possible witnesses.

2007-07-24 [Osborn#67]: Cha looked down at the men, they weren't yakuzas, so they may need cover for a bit. He ran downstairs and motioned the men into his apartment.

2007-07-24 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu watches Cha and the men silently, hidden in the shadows and chuckles silently, thinking to herself, Isn't he quite the litle helper..

2007-07-24 [Osborn#67]: Out of the corner of his eye, Cha saw a SWAT van speeding from the scene towards Kyo and the other gang members, the car stopped across the street and Swet soldiers started to pour out of the van. WIthout even thinking, Cha pulled out the knife he had forgotten to pay money for and charged the SWAT. When he reached the first, he grabbed the front part of the soldier's helmet and sliced his neck, as he threw down the corpse, a SWAT brought his gun to bear, Cha tried to draw his pistol but the latch jammed. (Hey kayu, if you want to join in, here is your chance)

2007-07-24 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Chuckles and walks out of the shadows throw Kunai at those who were immediately a danger to Cha before running towards them pulling a single Sai out and killing the next ones to come close, spinning to avoid the bullets shot at her, many of them skimming acroos her clothes, one managing to find the edge of her waist.

2007-07-24 [FallenRain]: Aruko sits in one of the vans heading to an apparent gang shootout. Lock and loaded he awaits for the moment when he would have to take lives. Then his van explodes and crashes into a nearby building. Aruko is dazed but climbs out left as the only survivor. Aruko says a few words to his men then grabs the heavy artillery. Aruko walks down the street loaded with a sidewinder missile launcher, m4 with m203 attachment, his tmp, and a shitload of grenades.

2007-07-24 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo motioned his men to continue on as he turned around smiling pulling out dual .45's and unloaded into one of the SWAT officers firing from the van and then proceeded to unload on the driver as well.

Two more SWAT vans roll up as the teams unloaded their M-4's into the alleyway of the fire fight with the backup of the police in the area as will as the police investigators.

"Aruko this is Private Sterling, we request immediate back-up of RAIN forces, we are in sector 31-Zulu, taking heavy casualties and we see, the Crime Lord Masaki, however he must've hired henchmen, doing our best to hold em down. Copy?"

Kyo finding cover behind a dumpster starts to reload his guns as bullets ricochet all around him.

2007-07-25 [Osborn#67]: Cha grabbed one of the SWATs M4 and started to unload on the other SWATs that had just arrived. After emptying the clip, Cha reverse gripped the knife and brought it down in a swipe, cutting open one of the SWATs vest, which left a big gash along the trail of the blade which then cause a large spray of blood. Cha saw a man holding a radio and calling for some kind of group called RAIN and decided it may be best to lead everyone away. "Hey buddy, don't know what your name is, but we need to get the fuck out of here cause some group called RAIN is coming," Cha sliced another SWAT that was trying to knife him, Cha grabbed a grenade off SWAT officer's vest and threw it into a group of SWATs, killing them all after the cook, "I don't know about you, but it would be fucking insulting to be killed by cops."

2007-07-27 [FallenRain]: Aruko hears the radio from the wreckage and picks up the radio. "Aruko here, my van took an rpg and im the only one who survived. I can try to call for backup, but be prepared to pull all your men out. If i call them and your there no telling who is and isnt going to live." Aruko throws down the radio and pulls out a flare and shoots it into the air. A flash and blue and red can be seen. Aruko pulls down his mask and goes towards the firefight. Seeing one of the cars with the syndicate. He drops down and fires the sidewinder into the car blowing the car and the men behind it to smitherings.

2007-07-27 [Delirious_Angel]: As the rest of the Yakuza were elminated on scene, the PVT., "Sir Casulties are high we need that backup ASAP!!!"

Kyo gets up from behind the dumpster and smiled nodding, "Thank you for the assistance I now must leave the scene of the crime."

Just then four black Sentinels came rolling up the door opened and a man in a suit waved for Kyo to come in. 

"Welcome to tag along just get in." Kyo then ran to his vehicle and climbed inside motioning the other two to join him."

2007-07-29 [FallenRain]: Aruko sees kyo and him getting into the cars. Aruko runs towards the cars gun ablazing.

2007-07-29 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu takes a quick look at the scene around her and shrugs slightly swiping the kunai she had thrown and sliding quickly, yet gracefully, into the car and immediately starts wiping the blood from her weapons silently.

2007-07-30 [Osborn#67]: Cha looked to his apartment and knew it would be a bad idea to go into there and lead the police to Janis so he hopped into the car.

2007-07-30 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo shooting back at Aruko with dual Ingrams toldthe driver to go as he tossed a grenade in the alley which turned out to be a flashbang as the loud bang occured and blinded the SWAT members within the alley for a few seconds as Kyo and crew drove off to his Office building.

"Thanks for the help i was in a bind for a minute, don't know when to take an offer i give them Yakuza's, known for being stubborn."

2007-07-30 [Osborn#67]: Cha smiled, "then again, they have been around for awhile and now got this feeling of power, the name is Cha-Ruzu, but people call me drifter." Cha hoistered his pistol and started checking his body armour he had under his shirt, "those mother fuckers, they ruined my new body armour."

2007-07-31 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo laughed, "It will be okay, Im Syndicate we pretty much have our own armory, your welcome to use, as long as you give me your service as a soldier." As Kyo then became serious.

2007-07-31 [Osborn#67]: Cha smiled, "Sure, but i got a to ask you a favor before becoming one of your men, i have a friend of mine that i have worked with named Janis, he is former KGB and one of the best damn support personal an assassian can ask for, i want him in too." Cha took off his leather jacket and on his left side dangled a MP7A1, he took it off and examined it, "I am going to need to replace this, looks like a bullet blew apart the magazine chamber."

2007-07-31 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu glances between them with a smirk as she cleans her weapon and shakes her head, "Thanks to you Masaki..I think I am close to not meeting a deadline.." Chuckles a little before looking down at her waist with a blank expression. She then rips off part of her dress and typing it tightly around her waist, "Ugh..Can we please stop the car..Soon. I have minor things to deal with.."

2007-08-01 [FallenRain]: A SWAT member walks up to Aruko. "Sir, Kyo has gotten away again." Aruko smirks "Dont worry i know exactly where hes going." Aruko pulls out a device with a green blip on it. "Get me a car and full R.A.I.N gear. Im going hunting."

2007-08-02 [Osborn#67]: Cha kept an eye out looking for any possible threats, occausionally a cop car would speed bye with lights flashing but besides that, there was no possible threat.

2007-08-03 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo's armored car arrived at a tall corporation buildin as Kyo got out he looked around a nodded.

"This is it my base of operations, make yourself at home, i have business to attend to."

Kyo then walked into the building a dissapeared among the crowd of employees and security guards.

2007-08-03 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu glances at the clock in the car and starts mumbling angrily before swiftly getting out of the car and walking down the street, re-tying her makeshift bandage as she goes.

2007-08-03 [Osborn#67]: Cha ran over to Kayu, "listen, if there is anything you need, call me, here is a number." Cha slipped her a piece of paper, "I am not hitting on you, i know somethings troubling you, and i can help you whenever you want, but i must go." With that Cha took off after Kyo but was stopped by a large security guard, "Sorry sir, you can not enter." "But i am with Kyo, hey Kyo, can you help me out here?" Cha yelled out.

2007-08-03 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu raises a brow and smiles slightly as she watches Cha leave before she starts walking again disappearing into a bulilding.

2007-08-05 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Kayu smirks slightly as she approaches her target silently and slips out a sai, slicing his throat but cursing repeatedly and jumping up onto a high beam, as she sees the door handle start to turn and a young woman start through the door speaking softly and giggling, Ugh, no wonder he stays late..How the hell am I gonna get outt-, Kayu winces slightly as the girl screams shrilly, still having not seen Kayu. Dammit.. Slides slowly along the large beam, towards the window, as the secrertary dials her phone franctically, giving Kayu the chance to slip out, only the back end of her dress being seen. She then heads quickly towards the headquarters, breaking through a light window after she fails with entering in the front entrance. Kayu takes a quick look around before walking toward the door swiftly and silently.

Kyo stood up and sighed, thinking of his sister and what would happen if he failed his family. 

2007-08-06 [Elf_Person]: bows "yes sir, I shall not fail" calls some of the guys heading to the police station flashing his Military license and talks to the chief after talking to several people he walks out calling Kyo "They're going after you and Mai at the same time, they are trying to take out the entire family its all going down in 30 minutes"

2007-08-06 [Osborn#67]: "I will join if thats alright, i am not sure about some of your men, but Janis and I are no stanger to overwhelming odds," Cha said, "wait who is Mai?"

2007-08-06 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo looks at Kayu and lowers his head a bit.

"My sister, she doesn't know i am a crime lord, she thinks i run a business corporation, say nothing to her."

Just then Kyo's phone rang, he slowly answered the phone, and nodded a few times.

"Roger that return to here immediately i have plans to work out." Kyo then hangs up the phone and puts it away. "Kayu we have a problem RAIN, SWAT, and the cops are gonna raid my establishment, if you want to leave its fine, if not prepare yourself."

Kyo then walked to his liquor cabinet and opened it up to reveal an M-4 and dual M1911's.

"Hell is about to break loose."

Within moments the building was in lockdown bodyguards, henchmen, and the sort all gathered on each floor to prevent Kyo from getting harmed or to provide time so the others could set up.

2007-08-06 [Elf_Person]: Edge and the men were headed tword the HQ when police started to follow calling Kyo "Sir I'm being followed closly by the police and cant shake them I'm heading twords the docks" makes a U turn racing twords the docks

RAIN doesnt come into to play until Aruko calls them.) Aruko stalks to Kyo hideout. Aruko pulls out a radio. "Aruko to base. I have found the hideout im sending youthe coordinates to you now. I want everything i want the apaches suited up and ready to go. I want full RAIN gear give them the heaviest stuff you got we are going all out on this sonabitch hes not getting away this time.

2007-08-06 [FallenRain]: Aruko recieves back "Alright leader, its about to RAIN" Aruko replies back "Looks like i should be getting an umbrella."

2007-08-06 [Delirious_Angel]: Just then two guys in suits open the front door and unloaded their AK's at the cops who were pinned down by there fire. Needless to say the SWAT snipers eliminated them both in mere seconds.

Cha steps away from the window and goes to Janis, "Get out 'dirty buisness' and find a safe spot from the swat snipers and try to take down those Helos." Janis nodded, grabbed a duffel bag and ran out of the room. (dirty buisness is similiar to that big ass sniper in Smoking aces the movie,)

Unconciously moves a hand towards her waist before quickly putting it back to her side when she realises.

2007-08-07 [FallenRain]: Behind the apaches are black hawks. The Apaches launch smoke grenade into the yard and allow the black hawks to pass them. Once above the compound men start to repel down ropes onto the building. Its lightening fast and the men are out and the helis leave in seconds. The apaches stay and secure the perimeter. "Sir, touch down is successful" Aruko smiles "Roger" Aruko jumps the gate and begins to meet his men.

2007-08-07 [Osborn#67]: All of a sudden, gun fire erupts from one of the building's windows, ripping apart some of the men below. Cha moved back quickly before anyone could get a good shot off at him. "Janis what about those damn chopter?" Cha asked into his mike piece. "Just one second," Came the reply. soon, large caliber AP bullets started to pound the rotary blade of the nearest helo, ripping the base apart sending the helo plummeting to the ground. "Mr. Edge, got any plans for the rest of those chopter?"

2007-08-07 [FallenRain]: Aruko gets a message on his radio "Sir A1 is down, repeat A1 is down" Just then a loud explosion can be heard as the helicopter crashes into the building erupting into a ball of flame. Aruko replies "A2 unload ur full salvo and then head back to base. Black hawks pulls back" Aruko gets another message "Sir, we're taking fire from inside, engage?" Aruko replies "...Fire at will" More gun shots can be heard, all sorts of grenades go off, and crashing of windows can be heard." Aruko runs up towards the front.

2007-08-07 [Osborn#67]: "I wouldn't do that soldier," Cha said into the mic, "I got ALL of your frecencies locked in and every word is not private." Cha took shots at the second helo and managed to shoot off one of the missile racks.

2007-08-07 [FallenRain]: Aruko is pissed "Men go back to your training and maintain radio silence." The heli unloads his Minigun into the building and its only missle pod left , then leaves. Aruko open the door slowing and peaks in. All he sees is complete chaos.

2007-08-07 [Osborn#67]: Cha moves silent along the highest level looking for a good shot on the man who seemed to be the leader, Cha brought his gun to bear on him and started to squeeze the trigger but right as he was about to fully squeeze it, a Rain memember rammed into him, sending the shot off but it crashed right in front of the Aruko's foot, just inches away. Cha drew his knife and slashed the soldier across his throat and threw him over the railing to plumet three stories to the ground.

2007-08-07 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo then called his sister to tell her he might be late for dinner and told her that the load noises were from a movie as he said goodbye and hung up, he then proceeded to watch the gunfight as both sides took substancial amount of casualties.

2007-08-07 [Osborn#67]: Over the handset near Kyo's desk came Cha's voice, "Sir you might want to take cover, the police are on level four and pressing forward."

2007-08-07 [Elf_Person]: "DAMNIT CHA I SAID THOSE WERE MINE" growls calling in anouther one "DONT SHOOT IT DOWN THIS TIME"

2007-08-07 [FallenRain]: "Damn snipers." Aruko proceeds into the building trying to stay out of sight.

2007-08-07 [Osborn#67]: "Not if i can help it, all troops fall back to the fifth story, i got an idea," Cha played over the radio. Men started moving backwards and firing their weapons at the oncoming SWAT and RAIN (what does RAIN mean anyways?), some were dropping others made it safely, Cha drew two grenades from one of the dead henchmens pouch and threw them.

Again starting a sentence it has a capital letter.))  Kyo firing his M4 at a sustained rate of fire, into oncoming police officers as the law enforcement personnel are gaining territory .

Cha said as he backed up slowly, a bullet skimming the side of his cheek, "If you go down, it will shake this orginization, trust me i know, i have made it happen." Sees a flash on the ground, "Mr, Kyo, get down!" Cha shoulder rams Kyo to the ground and is struck in the side by a sniper bullet, "Someone....Surpress him...." Cha passes out. (I am going to switch to Janis for a bit until we get out of here)
